Tasks

The St. Stylian Kinderhilfswerk DETI.RU gGmbH pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the tax code of the Federal Republic of Germany. The purpose of the company is to implement aid projects for seriously ill children and young people from Russia.
The purpose of the company is realized in particular by

• the preparation and implementation of the journey of seriously ill children and young people from Russia to Germany; Ensuring accommodation for parents and/or family members
• Accommodation, food, advice and rehabilitation measures in suitable facilities
• Provision of basic medical care for sick children and young people
• Identification and clarification of special medical care, if necessary translation of medical reports and interpreting during doctor’s visits
• Ensuring and facilitating surgery and/or radiation treatment or similar and providing the necessary financial resources
• Cooperation agreements with hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, provision of financial resources for mental treatment and follow-up treatment
• After completion of treatment, ensuring return to Russia, if necessary subsequent further financial support and pastoral care
• Cooperation with manufacturers of medical devices / tools and with drug manufacturers, and delivery of them to the Russian specially designated recipients (hospitals, charitable organizations)
• Taking all necessary measures and means to publish the matter
• fundraising to finance the aforementioned tasks
• Campaigns and events to publicize the funded projects
